The food served is inspired by “Mama’s” recipes, where the team of chefs has worked on the heirloom recipes that were passed down from generation to generation, offering an authentic southern menu showcasing often lost recipes, and working with fishermen to source the best locally sourced, sustainably caught seafood. For an immersive experience try the “Seafood Mama’s Recipe Set Menu”. Popular dishes are the Phuket lobster with sweet chili and the sour amberjack broth. For the perfect finish try Mama’s signature dessert “Subparod Loy Kaew” Phuket Pineapple with jasmine syrup topped with ice flakes.
