This luxurious lounge and restaurant can be found on the 91st through the 93rd floor of the Park Hyatt Shanghai making it highest dining room in the world; where the views of vast, sprawling Shanghai are flat-out spectacular. It serves Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisine using fresh ingredients and prepares them in traditional ways. Boasting of multiple kitchens as well as a sushi bar and a pastry counter, the Restaurant is divided into two sections where diners have the choice of a la Carte Western Dinner with a City view or choice of International Buffet with the panoramic view of the Bund.

MUST TRY:
Drunken Chicken, boneless and tender, soaked in 10-year-old shaoxing rice wine. The oysters shouldn’t be missed.

AMBIENCE
The atmosphere is very wonderful, thanks to the open show-kitchens. The soaring interior canyons of the restaurant is flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows, butter-soft leather seats, to classy and beautiful decoration is capped by the breathtaking view of Shanghai.

SERVICE
The service is refined & top-notched as well as the presentation. The waiting staffs are well-trained, speaks English & have extensive knowledge of what they serve.

FOOD
Menu  includes Sirlion, African Oysters, beef and lamb, sushi, and lobsters and garoupa are steamed in Cantonese style. Drunken Chicken, wasabi, lemon tart was another delight. The spacious bar located upstairs from the restaurant has with a live jazz band, sweeping views of Shanghai and most importantly drinks consist of about 750 wine labels, designer cocktails and 200 kinds of Scotch whiskey, there is absolutely something here for everyone to sip.
