For over two decades, La Marine has been providing a unique gastronomic journey rooted in the culinary heritage of the island. The menu is a fusion of fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables harvested from the couple's garden. Every day, the freshest produce is sourced by handpicking beans and herbs from the garden and carefully selecting fish and lobster from the morning market.

Alexandre Couillon and his wife Céline took over the family restaurant in 1999. They received their first and second Michelin stars in 2007 and 2013, respectively, and Alexandre was named cook of the year by a rival guide, Le Gault et Millau, in 2016.
