The restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic is like a bubble outside of time, intimate and sensitive. The main room is centred around a crystal chandelier unravelling three large luminous windowed bays which open into the gardens. Three separate settings and yet one common thread: very feminine colour coded greys and powdered pinks, details evoking the history of the house, Japan, which I am very fond of, and the presence of plant life; a sober and highlighted conception of refinement.
