The road Aozora Blue's chef walked was the path of soba noodles. Every day he ground the flour in a stone mill and pounded it with great care. One day, the chef came across some wheat. He used a stone mill to make udon noodles, just like he used to make soba noodles. And then he found the true taste. The taste of wheat the chef felt for the first time spreads in his mouth with every bite. The noodles are a little grainy and have a slight reddish-brown color. The gentle aroma fills the chef's body and gradually warms his body. Blue's udon noodles are home-made coarsely ground udon noodles that give you the taste of wheat itself. After enjoying a plate that evokes the four seasons and delicious sake, we will deliver the taste of the blue sky with a soothing Osaka dashi soup.
