We believe that it is a chef's job to do his best to satisfy the five senses of customers and that this is hospitality. Experience the freshness of carefully selected seasonal ingredients, the glow of the flames, the sound of boiling, and the aroma of charcoal before your eyes, and enjoy cooking methods that make full use of the wonderful Japanese ingredients available in each of the four seasons.
