Udonbo Osaka Honten is a small handmade Sanuki udon shop that opened in April 2004 on the 2nd basement floor of Osaka Ekimae Building 3 in Umeda, Osaka. I grew up in a 3-generation udon restaurant in my hometown of Kagawa. In ancient times, Sanuki udon was loved by local people as a celebratory treat and as a treat for pilgrims. Our udon sticks are made with safe ingredients from Kagawa that are well-known from the past. I want to create everyday treats that are appropriate for the times with all my heart.
