Yoshokuya Fujiya is a long-established store that has been in operation for 70 years, spanning four generations of the family, and is patronized by everyone in Osaka. When Chef Tetsuya Fujiwara returned to Japan and became independent, the previous owner retired and was reborn as Fujiya1935. However, due to the voices of many people who wanted the taste of the previous owner, the restaurant was revived as another Fujiya.
