The House on Sathorn at W Bangkok with Japanese Culinary and Mixology Journey

From 1 to 2  February 2025, the weekend is dedicated to celebrating and exploring the rich traditions and flavors of Japan. The House on Sathorn will be transformed into a dynamic hub, bringing the essence of Japan to Bangkok.

Savor the culinary creations of Chef Koya Mukoo from 2-michelin star restaurant from Kitakyushu, Japan. Nikaku Bangkok is the first international branch of the renowned Nikaku from Kitakyushu, Japan. With over 60 years of history and two Michelin stars, Nikaku is famous for its authentic Edo-mae sushi, led by Chef Koya Mukoo.

In an exclusive collaboration with Paii, Chef Koya Mukoo introduces special menus crafted exclusively for this event. These exquisite dishes will be available throughout the weekend at Paii from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering guests an unforgettable taste of Nikaku’s iconic culinary artistry.

In addition to the savory offerings, guests can indulge in exquisite cocktails crafted by renowned Japan mixologists on 1 February and 2 February 2025 at Bar Sathorn from 8PM – 1AM.

The bar’s name, inspired by Portuguese and Spanish seafarers’ term for the Ryukyu Kingdom, reflects its spirit of exploration. The decor blends Ryukyu and Latin American aesthetics, setting the stage for innovative drinks.
