Enoteca Italiana is one of the most authentic Italian gourmet restaurants in Bangkok.The “modern” restaurant occupies a quaint, renovated old house with a beautiful garden in Sukhumvit. Its location is down a small road seemingly in the middle of nowhere in the sub-soi which may be difficult to get without Google Maps.

MUST TRY
Don’t leave the Enoteca without having a taste of their pasta dishes; like the Spaghetti Verrigni in seafood carbonara burst with Italian red prawn. Enoteca’s handmade liquid tortelloni with pesto and goat cheese garnished with green beans and potato cream is a good way to start.

AMBIENCE
Aside from the main well-decorated large dining area with a comfortable atmosphere, there is a private dining area that’s suitable for people in groups.

SERVICE
The staff are, friendly, attentive and cultured as most understand English and some Italian. The chef and owner alike go from table to table and help diners get the experience they want suggesting newly introduced specialties or the best wine to match a main course.

FOOD
You can enjoy genuine Italian dishes prepared in a modern yet traditional way, but you can also try some of their chef’s more refined dishes. SUMMARY
The restaurant can be crowded at times and getting a space might be a difficult task especially if a reservation was not made. The special menu changes regularly introducing, new, unique dishes.  On the downside, Enoteca is a little bit expensive compared to restaurants in the area. With a regularly changing menu and outstanding wine list, Enoteca is among the top Italian restaurants in Bangkok.
