Serving contemporary Korean cuisine. Merging tradition with innovation yet still understandable and not too overwhelming. Located on the top floor of Woodberry Common Community Mall. Occupying the entire floor, giving guests the most personal and private experience a guest can have.
AMBIENCE
Brutalistic design with an emphasis on guest experience. Guests have the ability to witness the chef cooking, and plating with an unlimited view. Counter-seat dining with a private room is available.

FOOD
The only restaurant importing seafood directly from Korea. Hand-dived abalone is lightly steamed with local Korean seaweed over apple wood and then grilled over white Japanese binchotan charcoal. Served with dragon eye rice. Cooked in Korean whiskey, Abalone liver and served pickled Sichuan pepper.

The service overall is professional and pleasant.

Henry Lee, a Canadian-born Korean Chef with over 10 years of experience working in the f&B industry wants to help spread the abundance of Korean Cuisine hence the creation of Juksunchae. He take his passion and knowledge that he obtained through numerous years and combined it into his own cuisine.
