Born in Verona, Italy, Chef Marco brings a rich tapestry of global culinary experience to La Bottega Bangkok, having joined our team in March 2022. His passion for exceptional cuisine has taken him from Italy to Scotland, Cambodia, Abu Dhabi, and finally Thailand, working alongside prestigious teams including the three-Michelin-starred Chef at Roberto's in Dubai and the Michelin-starred J’Aime by Jean Michel Lorain in Bangkok.

Marco's culinary philosophy is deeply influenced by his father, who instilled in him a respect for quality ingredients and the art of personal connection with producers long before it became a trend. After refining his craft in family-owned restaurants in Italy’s Valpolicella area, Marco embarked on a 100-day culinary exploration of Asia. Captivated by the region's flavors and culture, he has made it his home for the past eight years, continuing to innovate and inspire with every dish at La Bottega.
