Here at Lahnyai, we are trying to honour our past and the eating habits of our royal families while still taking inspiration from our team travels and experiences cooking around the world in order to create something unique that could only be accomplished here at Lahnyai in Bangkok, Thailand. Our chefs have closely collaborated and researched the development of different recipes and meals in the Palace throughout the past centuries. We have been tracking down books from royal servants but also cremation cookbooks from Princesses, sharing their and Kings favourite recipes.

All that has been our inspiration, and after a lot of work and research, we are very happy to present this very special concept and experience to you.
