Ojo Bangkok is a new Mexican restaurant on the 76th floor of the King Power Mahanakhon building. It is the place to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine and late-night drinks while admiring the 360-degree views of Bangkok’s glittering skyline.
OVERVIEW
The highest restaurant in Thailand, Ojo sets the scene with glamorous design, creative Mexican cuisine, and 360-degree views from a stunning outdoor terrace. Helmed by celebrity Chef Francisco Paco Ruano from the famed Alcalde Restaurant in Guadalajara, ranked no. 51 on the World’s Best List, Ojo’s Kitchen is celebrated for authentic flavors with a modern twist.
AMBIENCE
Designed by none other than Ou Baholyodhin, Ojo is bold and drips in gold. The designer recalled his journey across Central America to create a colorful, idiosyncratic, and most of all, unapologetically gorgeous restaurant. Set 76 floors high with an eye over Bangkok, Ojo draws inspiration from ancient civilizations in Mexico to bring you a modern venue with an outdoor terrace, glittering bar, and views unlike any other.
MUST TRY
Ojo Guacamole, Esquites, Bone Marrow, Asada Tacos, Pescado Zarandeado, Arroz con Leche
FOOD
Most popular dishes on the menu would be Ojo Guacamole, a mix of crab meat, Ikura salsa and prawn oil. While, Esquites is a must try dish - roasted baby corn with pecorino, jalapeno mayo, macadamia and finger lime. Tortilla that we serve aside are also freshly made and uses both imported and local corns.

ABOUT CHEF
Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, chef Paco learned his way around the kitchen from his mother and grandmother, before enrolling in a culinary school for his formal education. In 2013, after more than a decade away, chef Paco came back to open Alcalde as a chef-owner and help establish Guadalajara as a culinary destination in its own right.
Named after the original market in Guadalajara, the venue is a celebration of local products and of modern Mexican cuisine with upscale flair. Alcalde went on to win a number of coveted awards, including Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, leading Guadalajara into a modern culinary era and officially placing chef Paco among the best on the continent.
At Ojo, chef Paco’s first restaurant outside Mexico, guests can expect to sample Mexican dishes that are impossible to find elsewhere in Thailand. Under chef Paco’s visionary leadership, Ojo seeks to move on from the tired stereotypes about Mexican cuisine and focus instead on a seasonal, produce-driven menu that embraces modernity while being rooted in tradition.
