*Cuttlefish Somen: Slightly pickled fresh cuttlefish from phuket, grilled over binchotan served with housemade wasabi buttermilk and lime

*Chicken Be-Khla: Aged chicken breast stuffed served in a way simlar to farci with chicken liver mousse, served with a reduction of mushrom and chicken jus.

Head Chef Panas is a former alumni of watersideinn, a 3 michelin star restaurant in the UK and also an alumni of Blue by Alain Ducasse working as the opening team before heading off to the UK. He started his career in J'aime by Jean Michel Lorain a one michelin star restaurant in Bangkok. Progress on his career to Blue then Waterside Inn.
