Chef Daniel will oversee four dining venues at Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach, including a "seafood & grill" concept at Big Fish Restaurant. Chef Daniel is passionate about using local ingredients and is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences.
