A believer in total service culture in hospitality, Alex is an accomplished chef who cut his teeth in the Melbourne restaurant scene from the age of 15. Since moving to Southeast Asia, Alex has become well-known on the Phuket dining scene working in 5-star resorts and restaurants. His Covid business, The Jazzy Bakery, helped popularise sourdough bread on the island and his collaboration with the founders of Mrs B has resulted in a unique standard of hospitality.
