This stunning rooftop venue offers an immersive dining journey beginning with a viewing of live Phuket lobsters and locally sourced seafood. Led by renowned Executive Chef Gautam Sethi, his globally-inspired menu features fresh seafood and exquisite steaks, including Australian wagyu and the Japanese A5 wagyu striploin, known for its unmatched flavor and tenderness, prepared on a traditional brick charcoal grill.

The restaurant's architecture ensures an unobstructed gastronomic experience regardless of weather, with a large covered area and two semi-private salas for special celebrations. Every table is strategically placed to maximize the stunning 180-degree views of the forested landscape.

At the rooftop bar of Sizzle Rooftop, guests can indulge in artful mixology, featuring sundowner smokey cocktails, exotic tikis, and innovative beverages, all served in an atmosphere designed for relaxation and enjoyment. AMBIENCE
Distinguished by its sophisticated design that melds contemporary elegance with tropical aesthetics, Sizzle Rooftop Bar. Steak. Seafood features terracotta-hued cushions on comfortable lounge-style seating, sleek light wood flooring, and a roof with a modern slatted design and retractable cover that bathes the space in warm, ambient light or protects from the elements. Glass paneling allows diners to peer into the live kitchen, while showcasing tanks with live lobsters, seafood, and oysters, adding a dynamic and interactive element to the dining experience. The whole rooftop is open-sided or al fresco, offering panoramic views of the rain-forest-covered mountains and Andaman Sea. The bar area is vibrant, adorned with high stools to enjoy the sunset views and a stylish counter, complemented by twin Thai salas for group celebrations.

Additionally, the restaurant serves New Zealand lamb, seasonal asparagus, silky truffle potato puree, and wild mushrooms. Unique sauces like calamansi béarnaise enhance the dishes, and desserts range from tableside tiramisu to classic chocolate lava cake.
