Okan Ozturk: The Executive Chef brings 15 years of culinary expertise, having launched his career as a commis and demi chef de partie in Istanbul’s premier international 5-star hotels, including Kempinski Ciragan Palace, Four Seasons Bosphorus, Shangri-La, and St. Regis. His career later expanded globally, with roles such as Chef de Partie at The Tasting Room, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Macau, and an internship at the prestigious Relais & Châteaux hotel in Cannes, France. He further honed his skills as Executive Sous Chef at the opulent Rixos Premium Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
