The restaurant interior was crafted to evoke the feeling of “düzen”, a Turkish word encompassing both melancholic nostalgia and bittersweet remembrance. Through careful attention to the details of finishes and furnishings, traditional Turkish motifs and mosaics provide aesthetic continuity throughout the restaurant. Warm tones of mustard and olive colors with accents of bright white layers on the ceilings, cement texture walls, and columns add to the grandeur and authenticity of this splendidly immersive space. Both the menu offering and design strive to make CZN Burak Gurme approachable.

The concept finds that middle ground; youth and family oriented, of a slightly higher quality but unassuming. A daily favorite for those in the neighborhood. Both regulars and visitors are made to feel comfortable. The space is designed with an urban appeal to welcome groups as well as individuals - opening up known and unknown facets of Turkish cuisine. The menu is more than just kebabs and meat, without making the experience unattainable or pretentious, in fact it’s just the opposite as we strive to be universally appealing. The venue is considered affordable to those in our target market.
