OVERVIEW

What began as a simple passion for real food and a desire to feed our children better has grown into JAMPA, which showcases its “Local Ingredients, Wood Fire, Zero Waste Cuisine” concept of farm-to-fork, creative food with a menu of sophisticated, tasty and nutritious dishes that change daily, based on the sea and land that offer us new harvest each day. JAMPA will be focusing on having a zero waste operation and will create a close loop where waste is used at the farm, which in turn will help to grow the ingredients used in our menu. The restaurant will also feature a zero-waste grocery store.

MUST TRY

Roasted Cauliflower, Egg yolk, Pumpkin Seed Crumble, and Garden Flowers; Wood Fired Baby Corn, Sambal, Coriander, and Ricotta.

AMBIENCE

Located within the Community House of Tri Vananda, a multigenerational living community purposely built to set the gold standard for wellness in Asia, JAMPA, with its interior done by the renowned design firm AvroKO, overlooks beautifully manicured garden and sands dune, just a step away from its 50 rai farm, which guests can visit before a meal.

CUISINE STYLE

The cuisine of Chef Rick will showcase local ingredients, wood fire techniques, and a zero-waste approach to food by offering dishes that are nutritious and balanced and follow the group philosophy of “Dine Good Do Good”. Originally from Eindhoven, Chef Rick apprenticed in local restaurants before working his way up through various Dutch kitchens. He moved to Thailand to join the kitchens of the celebrated Bangkok restaurant Savelberg, where he was working there as Chef de Cuisine and then went on to work for Haoma as well as Madison Steak House at Anantara Siam Bangkok.

FOOD

The menu will showcase ingredients sourced from a network of small farms, artisans, and producers, and will be cooked over a wood fire, which will bring back memories of campfire and traditional cooking memories, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
