Revitalized by executive Chinese Chef Cheng Hon Chau with the newly transformed interior and a gourmet menu, the fine dining destination boast a splendid decorated main dining room and four private elegant dining rooms perfect for every occasion.

MUST TRY:
Honey-marinated Baked Cod Fillet with Black Pepper. Pan-fried A4 Miyazaki Wagyu beef sirloin with garlic barbecue sauce and sautéed vegetables.

AMBIENCE
You enter Cherry Garden via a striking antique doorway to discover its newly transformed interior with the elegant dining room, exuding old Chinese atmosphere and surrounded by lush greenery. Cherry Garden has been designed according to Feng Shui rules with plenty of charcoal teak panels and slate floors recreating the look of a splendid, opulent Oriental residence.

SERVICES
Service is impeccable. The staff were all very attentive and professional with small touches to make the difference.

FOOD
Using fresh, seasonal produce, the high-end restaurant offers authentic Cantonese dishes of Dim Sum, set menu and à-la-carte menu. Some of the highlights include Steamed crystal dumpling with fresh mushrooms and black truffle where the black truffle added some luxe factor to this dish. Tamed prawn dumpling with black garlic. The Steamed red garoupa served with pickled chillies gives a lasting impression as the pickled chillies enhanced the whole flavour of the soft fish with the spicy kick. For a good and nourishing soup order the lusciously textured double boiled clear soup with sliced abalone matsutake and snow fungus. The Five grain fried rice with Cantonese pork sausage and vegetables is another delicious dish with perfect execution. The fried rice here is prepared with five different types of rice. To the dessert cherries in nui er hong and aged kuei hua wine cocktail jelly with lychee sorbet is a good combination. There is an extensive list of old and new world wines selection specially selected to match the menu. Chinese teas are also available.

Expect indulgent and refined Cantonese delicacies which exudes a strong oriental feel and dining ambience. The food is exquisite, enhanced by wonderful services. The averagely priced weekend dim sum menu is a fascinating way of experiencing Cherry Garden’s kitchen’s ability. Prices are on a par with other luxury hotels eateries.
