Led by award-winning Chef Michael Mina in partnership with Girair “Jerry” Goumroian and Chef Nikolaos Georgousis, the 76-seat restaurant presents the evolution of the iconic 252 California Street flagship location, which also told the story of Mina’s childhood in Egypt and his travels through cuisine style, ingredients and flavors. Now, Estiatorio Ornos offers an inspired dining style and social scene – representing Chef Mina’s adaptation, innovation, and core culinary philosophies, while paying homage to his Middle Eastern heritage and the Greek heritage of Chef Goumroian.
